Instructor-Led Agile Project Management Training

Certified Scrum Master

2 days

The Certified Scrum Master workshop is taught with a mixture of discussion, activities, and a practicum that is designed to make the material "sticky" so that the students retain what they learn. The students will be engaged, involved, and learning for the entire workshop gaining first- hand experience at building a product using Scrum in class. The goal is to not only provide clear explanations of the concepts, but to also provide real life tips, techniques, and tools that can be used in your workplace.  The course includes for each student, Scrum Alliance membership with access to CEUs, the CSM exam, and one free exam retake if needed.
